The 6 Foundations / The Secret
GRIT workouts are every day, 28-days per month. Sound ridiculous? Well, no, this is how you forge transformation fast. I know what you're thinking, "I bet a lot of people quit," right? No, GRIT consistently has a 90% completion rate each month. People are all too willing to quit on themselves but, we never quit on our teammates. The 6 Foundations prevent quitting. These "Rules of The Game," so to speak, guarantee commitment and performance. The strangest Foundation, as you will discover, "Go, No Go," is everyone's favorite.
Focused On Total Health / Mental + Physical:
Someone can be in amazing health, fitness-wise but be totally broken mentally. Depression, for example, or worry, fear, anxiety, do not just plague the physically unhealthy. These mental health issues, which are extremely common, especially in our current situation, are causing record number of folks to live in the state of chronic stress. Stress, faster than anything else in life, will destroy you. Stress paralyzes. Stress suffocates. Stress robs people of joy. And to think clearly and be strategic when you're stressed, is almost impossible. This is why, inside of StoryAthlete, through GRIT and FUEL, together we work on our Mind just as much, if not more, than our physical bodies.
The GRIT programming methodology is rooted in science. Most workouts are no more than 20-30 minutes, which includes warmup and stretch. Some, like the 12-Minutes of Death," are just 12 minutes. Let's face it, we're busy. We don't have all day to workout. Everybody though, has 12-20 minutes. Our approach is super effective.

Have a bad knee? Hurt shoulder? Out of shape? Not very athletic? Listen, we've heard every concern for why somebody believes they can't do GRIT. But they can. Everybody can, at the exact level they are capable. Every GRIT workout is scaleable, just like a Hurricane: F2 vs. F3. vs. F4 vs. F5. You can turn them up. Or turn them down. No matter what your fitness level is, or your limitations, you can do this. It's You vs. You. One member, for example, RPJ, who had suffered a spinal cord injury years prior, was able to complete GRIT. This pretty much eliminated all excuses because if he could do it, he proved their concern is not a physical limitation, but a mental limitation.

When you read the case studies below, from GRIT members sharing their transformations, you will hear the repeated theme.
